Telescopic chute is a kind of efficient dust-proof conveying equipment used to unload bulk materials of granules or powders to trucks, tankers and storage yards. It is also referred to as telescopic loading spout,telescopic loading chute or simply loading spout,loading chute.The telescopic is divided into 2 layers, the inner layer of its discharge spout is a cone, which can make the material pass through, and the outer layer is a double telescopic tube, which is used for dust collection.
There is a steel cone at the lower end of the telescopic loading spout, which has good sealing performance. The cone is used to connect the tank car. Customers can choose the dust filtration system, including 6-8 filter pipes, with a total surface area of 10m2, and equipped with a 2.2kW (3.0 HP) fan. Double layer casing structure is adopted, which is composed of chute and dust cover. The material passes through the chute, and the dust cover is sheathed on the chute, and a dust absorption cavity is formed between the two.
The bottom of the dust-free telescopic chute will be equipped with a level sensor and a dust-proof skirt cover. The level sensor will be set on the outside or inside, and the dust skirt will be overlapped in blocks. In the unloading process, after the material level sensor contacts the material, the dust-free telescopic chute will be lifted in time to keep a certain distance between the material top and the accumulated material. The dust-proof skirt cover can cover the material pile to ensure the dust absorption effect and prevent dust overflow. The telescopic chute will be made of steel plate with polyurethane wear-resistant liner, and the dust cover will be made of antistatic soft chemical fiber material with high strength. A supporting framework will be set in the dust cover, which can not only stretch up and down, but also ensure smooth air flow. The improved telescopic chute can rise and fall freely without blocking; at least three lifting points will be set at the bottom of the telescopic chute to ensure that the lifting mechanism can drive the telescopic chute to rise and fall smoothly.


The telescopic chute is suitable for continuous unloading of bulk materials, and the max. unloading speed is 250m3 / h. The discharge spout can be assembled with anti overflow device. When the discharge spout is lifted, the anti overflow device can play the role of dust plug.
Telescopic loading chute is mainly composed of power part, actuator, mechanical part and electrical part.
Power part: motor, reducer, spindle and other parts; actuator is mainly composed of wire rope, pulley, etc;
Mechanical part: by the top box, hose, tail shell, dust bag, etc;
Electrical part: sensor, level switch, electric cabinet, etc.
The fan on the dust filtering system improves the efficiency of the filtering components. Due to the self-cleaning function of the equipment after stopping operation, the filter components are kept in good condition before each new loading.
First, extend the discharge spout and align the discharge spout with the feed port of the tank car. When the discharge cone enters the feed port of the tank car, release the cable switch installed outside the reducer to stop the discharge port from pulling down. The limit switch in the gearbox can control the full extension or contraction of the discharge spout. When the valve at the silo outlet is opened, the material begins to unload.
The polymer coating on the exit cone plays a very good sealing function when feeding the tanker. At the same time, the fan in the filter module continuously collects dust, and the dust enters the combined filter element above the equipment through the outer layer of the discharge port, and exhausts the excess air. As the increase of material weight will cause the tanker to drop, releasing the cable switch can further extend the discharge port. A level meter is installed in the center of the discharge cone. When the material in the tank car reaches the large material position, the valve at the silo outlet is immediately closed. After about ten seconds of stagnation, shrink the discharge port to the initial state, so that the residual dust can be discharged from the filter element. When the discharge port is fully retracted, the limit switch in the gearbox stops the discharge port from retracting. The self-cleaning function of the discharge port can clean the filter element by pulsating jet for another ten minutes. The built-in dust filter reduces the powder divergence during the discharging process.
When the tank car is full, the inverted cone with level sensor inside will be displayed, and then slowly lift the discharge port and improve the material distribution in the tank car.
The two lifting ropes on the outside of the bag are used to lift and lower the discharge spout. Due to the low friction of materials and the non blocking of material flow, the lifting ropes are not worn during operation
